Join Our Team as an Ice Advisor

We are looking for skilled and experienced maritime professionals to join our team of Ice Advisors. If you have expertise in ice navigation and a proven track record in maritime operations, we want to hear from you! This role is essential in ensuring safe and efficient navigation through icy waters, supporting vessels with expert guidance and operational advice.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in ice navigation as Captain or Chief Officer

• At least 1 year of service as a captain in icy conditions

• Valid Basic Safety Training certificate

• Endorsement in accordance with STCW regulations

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and navigation in polar and subpolar regions

• Ability to work in challenging environments with excellent decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications (a significant advantage):

• Certification in Basic Polar Code or Advanced Polar Code training
